I tried another Taijiquan class and was more comfortable with this one. This time it was men and women.
I started Taijiquan and was disappointed by the class. It was follow-the-leader style and very silly. They spent more time talking than exercising. I felt self-conscious and quote awkward but was not impressed by the Teacher or her class.
I am starting Taijiquan this week as my New Year Resolution. Yes, very Western but OK that is my excuse. I wanted to learn Taijiquan because it is said to be extremely good for health and a martial art too.
