Finding time to practice Taijiquan in busy Singapore is not so easy but necessary for wellbeing, Qi flow and perhaps even mental health.

The challenge of juggling traditional Chinese values with the demands of modern life is pretty exciting and I've found that Taijiquan offers a wonderful way to balance my life.

One of the hardest pressures facing modern women is the problem of remaining female when so many women have decided that the best way to compete with men is to be like men.
