Taijiquan is soft but this doesn't mean weak.

People have accepted being stressed as normal. Rather than stop, relax, take time off or have sex, they soldier on.

Neigong and Qigong are not the same but a great Teacher can blend the two to become one. 

I didn't even know that we had sexual energy. Now, I 'm learning to attune to it. I see signs of stagnancy all around.

Taijiquan takes our hand and gently reminds us who we are.

It is not uncommon to hear people call Taijiquan a hard/soft art. This is not really true and is attempt to appeal to people who deride the Taijiquan for being soft.

I don't own a single pair of socks. No Chinese girl of any self respect wears socks. When I do Gongfu I wear black pantyhose beneath uniform. They are visible and I know that men can see. Then they know: I am a confident woman and I also have final say.

The work will wait while you show the child the rainbow but the rainbow won't wait while you do the work.

Being female has become a conscious decision in our modern age. Apart from the biological obviousness of our bodies we have to really work at being feminine or slowly slump into androgeny and psuedo-manhood.

Taijiquan schools never mention Neigong. If you say it aloud the Teacher looks furtive or worse still makes something up. Save it for the Tourists!

3. Pantyhose
4. Shoes with small heel

Without self defense skills, Taijiquan is just a dance.

At home I do my Taijiquan in just pantyhose and pullover. It is far more comfortable than wearing trousers and my movements are not inhibited when stretching.
